What are they?

Highly skilled analysts that work with the business to document the processes that are relevant for change and development.

They help the business to understand their own processes by documenting them in a precise and understandable manner

Typical document deliverables:

• Business Process Model (BPM), this document outlines the processes within the business either on a high level or on a detailed level. <examples>

Both documents will describe the WHAT and not the HOW. The how and where is determined by the architects and designers.
